So what exactly is Prometheus? We know it’s directed by Ridley Scott. But that is about it. We thought we knew it was an Alien prequel – indeed it was originally announced as such. But then Ridley announced it was not an Alien prequel but that it was set in the same universe. Well, we were confused. But this trailer seems to have a lot of answers for us. Simply the text alone, and the way it is revealed clearly states that it is, in fact, a full on Alien film – even if there weren’t many other references to the original classic elsewhere in the trailer. I was pretty excited before. Now I cannot wait….
